Job Description

  • Reporting into Marketing VP, you will:
  • Take care of our SEM and SEO delivery, and responsible for the traffic acquisition for the website
  • Manage social and CRM platforms
  • Be part of the delivery of social content plan and calendar, to ensure consistent, inspiring experiences
  • Facilitate PR events and liaise with media partners   

The other half of this exciting role is in Customer Service. Working with the Customer Service Manager, you will
  • deliver timely customer service via email and phone to the users of the platform
  • manage the backend of Crayfish.io online platform,
  • troubleshooting or dealing with technical queries about the platform. 
  • carry out regularly analysis of users data and feedback into our marketing team

You don’t have to be an expert in these areas already as we will train you. You have the opportunity to learn from seasoned Chinese business experts. You will be gaining experience in working within a digital and marketing led environment, using the most up-to-date digital platforms, and immersing in an entrepreneurial working environment. We do expect you to be a fast learner!

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in communications. • Native English speaker with excellent communication skills.

• Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in creating marketing communications, with digital a key focus.

• Good understanding of digital, including of mainstream western social media channels, SEO and Google analytics.

• Good research and analytical skills. • An eye for detail to ensure high copy editing standards.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, and WordPress. Ability to use photo editing and design software is a plus

• Experience in travel, knowledge about China’s digital landscape and ability to conduct research in Chinese will be a big plus.

• Additional languages such as Spanish, French or German will also be a bonus.

Three native English Speakers sought to teach English to Chinese students in China - permanent full time position

The Company
Qing Yan Education Group (founded in 2003 to teach English to Secondary School children - now has two kindergartens, a private primary school & secondary school with over 30,000 students registering annually.
 
The Role Teaching English language speaking and listening  to students (4yrs - 15yrs) using the curriculum designed by Qing Yan Education Group • Carrying out teaching, learning and assessment activities • Working 5 days per week, about 5 hours per day • Helping the English department to develop and enhance the English curriculum

Location: Pingdingshan, Henan Province

Salary: Remuneration • £21,600 to £24,000 per annum after tax • Free accommodation (one bed or two bed flat with utility fully paid) • 30 days paid holidays ( 15 days each on summer and winter school break) • One return ticket from China to UK each year. Work permit and teaching license provided by Qing Yan Education Group.

Requirements:
You must be native English speakers, presentable and articulate and must be university graduates, preferable with qualification but not a must.
