About International Management
This is a globally mobile banking career. IMs change role and location approximately every 18 - 36 months throughout their career and will have assignments spanning the businesses or support functions in both developed and emerging economies in which we operate. IMs build up a unique set of skills and experiences and are expected to demonstrate the capability to become the future leaders of the HSBC Group.
