Experience:  
8 years' experience in sales and marketing with multinational companies; including 5 years in professional large equipment sector and 3 years in engineered materials . 5 years experience in a  managerial role, responsible not only for leading the sales and marketing regionally and nationwide, but for building, training, managing and retaining multifunctional teams across sales, marketing and services.
 
Skills: Solid foundation of knowledge and skills in generating revenue and capturing profit, either via direct sales model or via distribution channel/dealer network model. Understands market communication. Has helped overseas companies to set up regional representative offices in China (including various necessary registrations, location and settling office), recruit the local work force and train and manage the local team. Also understands how to start market research, approach PR, develop the company and brand awareness and ultimately promote the technologies and products for the Company beyond China territory. Fluent in English
